  15. I found the same thing when I purchased that same brand and model modem.
  16. I took it back and exchanged it for another one which seems to be OK.

  18. I have noticed, however, a marked decrease in the quality of USR 
  19. Sportster modems lately.

  21. Anyone else noticed the same thing??????
